I love that lightbulb moment when an experience just clicks. I design and build experiences that make people want to come back.

My thing is connecting the dots across channels: meeting customers where they are and where they expect us to be, fitting seamlessly into what they already do, and offering real value at every touchpoint. A little more useful, a little more delightful. That’s the goal. I’m based in Charleston, South Carolina, with a Master of Emerging Media from the University of Georgia.
